2025 REPRESENTATIVE TRIALS

Please find details below:

WHERE: Mainpower Stadium, Coldstream Road, Rangiora

WHEN: Trial one - Sunday 11th May 10am - 1pm
              Trial two - Sunday 18th May 10am - 1pm

There is no cost to trial.

2025 Fixtures

U18 Kings Birthday Tournament in Christchurch at CNC Nga Puna Wai, Augustine Drive, Aidanfield, Christchurch 8025 1st-2nd June

Field Day at Selwyn (dates tbc)

NNZ U18 Championships at Waitakere Netball Centre, Auckland 7th-10th July


U18 REPRESENTATIVE TRIAL ELIGIBILITY 

 Must be aged 17 or Under as at 1st January of playing year

  • Open to Female Players only
  • Must be Year 12 or above if at school
  • If player is Year 12 at school and still Under 16 then player is eligible to also trial at U18 level
  • Must be registered and playing with a registered club of NCNC OR registered            with a club within an affiliated invited Centre (e.g Hurunui, Kaikoura etc)
  • Must be a financial member of such club and NCNC
  • Must play a minimum of 5 Grading/Competition Games prior to the tournament
  • If playing at 2 centres, must nominate NCNC as their lead centre
  • NCNC reserve the right to invite any player to trial 

Approx estimated cost for selected players is to be confirmed per player. This can range depending on accommodation and travel costs and funding received.

NCNC has initiated a scholarship opportunity for a player or players that have been selected for the U18 team to represent the Centre at the Netball New Zealand National Event. Refer to the Scholarship page for further information and how to apply: https://www.ncnc.org.nz/scholarship

* ALL Players playing for a North Canterbury Club team are expected to assist with fundraising to go towards expenses.
